What to Expect in Your First Body‑Therapy Session
Your first session lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, giving us the space to ease in gently and work with both your body and your emotional landscape.
We begin with 15 minutes of conversation, a relaxed moment to understand what brings you here, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to explore. This helps us shape the session so it truly supports you.
The following 60 minutes take place on the treatment table. Here, we work with a combination of techniques designed to release tension, awaken body awareness, and create a deeper connection to your emotional and physical state. The aim is not only to support the body, but also to help you sense yourself more clearly—how you feel, where you hold stress, and what your system is trying to communicate.
We end with a brief feedback moment, giving you time to integrate the experience and ask any questions that arise.
The session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and discover a more grounded sense of yourself.
